She had graduated from ODTÜ Public Administration in 2000 and started her business career in İş Bank as a specialist in Retail Banking Marketing and Deposits Department. After 7 years of experience in banking sector, she started to work in EBSO in 2007. She is the manager of Business Development Unit and her role in the chamber is summarized as: Organizing and actively participating in the meetings of sector committees in which sector problems and solutions are put forward by the members of the sectors, Providing the meeting minutes to official authorities and following legal procedures, sharing the feedback and updating laws and regulations with the sector members, guiding and supporting them to ensure that no legal compliance issue is caused. Besides, she is responsible for the execution of local and EU funded projects of the chamber.
